Prices exclude VAT, which is calculated at checkout. A business supplying a VAT number is charged under the reverse charge where it applies.

The product is focused
DECIDE does one thing: it makes a technology decision defensible. It is not a GRC suite, a project tracker or a compliance platform, and it does not carry the cost of being those.
There is no sales process
You can start without talking to anyone. A price list on a page costs us nothing to operate, and that saving is the price.
Inference is the only real cost
Which is why the free tier includes the whole methodology and none of the AI. We are not subsidising anything we cannot afford to.
What holds whatever you pay
Your data stays in the EU
Hosted in the European Union. Documents you upload are read in your own browser — only the extracted text is ever sent onward, and keeping the original file is a separate choice.
AI cannot verify itself
Anything the model suggests is recorded as unverified until a named person checks it. That is a constraint in the database, not a setting — no feature can turn it off.
Approvals cannot be edited
An approval records who decided, what they were told, and the authority limit that applied at the time. It cannot be changed afterwards, by anyone.
Lapsing never locks you out
If a subscription ends, writing pauses and reading does not. Your decisions stay readable indefinitely. Holding a record of your own approvals hostage would be indefensible.
